• Leaving it late costs you too. Full-service fares sit flat from about 90 days down to 45, then climb once you're inside 30 days.

So the window is a genuine sweet spot: around 90 days, and no later than about 45. Book in that band and you've caught Manila near its floor.

From the months we've tracked so far (booking about three months out), on the budget fares October has been the cheapest and September the dearest — so lean to the shoulder if your dates flex.
